Women can and will join boards

Diversity is a business matter, and there is significant evidence that it generates positive results. When different genders, backgrounds, cultures, outlooks on life, religions and ages meet, it is more complicated, than if everyone has the same background. But the benefit is that you get more angles, more people to challenge the status quo and end up with better solutions, a better bottom line and a better regard for all stakeholders.
